Choose from the following areas:
	Incidents Allows you to view, modify and delete Incidents. From this page you can create an Article for a particular incident allowing you to provide fix, resolution or workaround information to other users encountering the same error.
	Articles Displays a page from which you can view, modify and delete Articles. Articles contain cause, resolution, workaround and fix information for a particular type of error. The details you record in articles are provided to users encountering a particular error. The Article page provides access to an articles error templates. Error templates are always related to a single Article and define a type of error. The on-line diagnosis functionality uses the error templates to find the article for a particular error. An Article has one or more Error Templates.
	Configuration Allows you to configure email notification functionality. You can provide the source and destination email addresses and identify which types of incidents will result in notification emails.
